txt_align=&#8221;center&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>General<\/b><b>\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0<\/b>These booking conditions set out the basis upon which the accommodation reservations are accepted for clients by VIP Apartments Sofia<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\">Acceptance of Terms and Conditions<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">All reservations are made by mail or mobile. When you confirm a reservation with us you accept the Terms and Conditions<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Rates:<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Rates indicated are per night per apartment, NOT per person. The rate are quoted in EURO.\u00a0Rates include VAT, tourist tax and maid service.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Price band:<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The price rate charged depends on the lenght of your stay. If your stay reduces in lenght resulting in your stay falling into a different price\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">band<\/span>\u00a0you will be required to pay the difference in the two rates from the start of your stay.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Monthly rate<\/b><b><span lang=\"EN-US\">s:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">When booking a monthly rate you receive the best rate available for a period of min. 30 consistent nights. If you wish to check out and check in again the middle of your stay this will result in two different reservations and the corresponing rate for each one will apply.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\">Method of\u00a0<\/span><\/b><b>Payment:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>The payment is due upon arrival. Please be ready to pay when checking in.<\/li>\n<li>You can settle the payment with credit card, bank transfer or cash.<\/li>\n<li>We accept all credit cards except American Express. There is a surcharge of 2% for payments with credit card.<\/li>\n<li>We accept payments in Eur or BGN.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\">The payments made by bank transfer must reach our account net of all bank charges. Please ask your bank to detail the proper amount needed for the transfer.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Check in and check out procedure:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Two days before arrival you will be sent the possible check in procedure to choose from.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Check in time &#8211; after 15.00.<\/li>\n<li>Check out time &#8211; before 11.00.<\/li>\n<li>Early check in and late check out are subject to availability and possible to confirm the day before.<\/li>\n<li>Late check out &#8211; between 12:00 and 14:00 &#8211; 20% of the nightly rate.<\/li>\n<li>Late check out &#8211; between 14:00 and 16:00 &#8211; 40% of the nightly rate.<\/li>\n<li>Late check out &#8211; after 16:00 &#8211; 100% of the nightly rate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\">Use of apartments<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">It is forbidden to use our apartments for parties or gatherings where occupants of neighboring apartments might be disturbed.\u00a0 If, on arrival, it is felt you are intending to use the apartments for such an event you may be refused entrance. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">If it is discovered that you are holding such an event after arrival you will be\u00a0required to leave immediately.\u00a0In such circumstances we are not obliged to provide or locate alternative accommodation. We will not provide any refund in such cases and other fees might apply.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Pet policy:<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Pets are not allowed in the apartments.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Noise and Party policy:<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">All loud noise and all parties are strictky forbiden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\">Smoking policy<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Smoking is forbidden in VIP Apartments Sofia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Cancellation policy for reservations of 1- 14 nights:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>In case of cancellation more than 7 days before arrival &#8211; no fee applies.<\/li>\n<li>In case of cancellation 4-6 days before arrival &#8211; 1 night charge will apply.<\/li>\n<li>In case of cancellation and no show 1 &#8211; 3 days before arrival &#8211; 2 nights charge will apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Cancellation policy for reservations of 14 + nights:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>In case of cancellation more than 14 days before arrival &#8211; no fee applies.<\/li>\n<li>In case of cancellation 7-13 days before arrival &#8211; 30 % of the total reservation charge will apply.<\/li>\n<li>In case of cancellation and no show 1 &#8211; 6 days before arrival &#8211; 100 % of the total reservation charge will apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Alternations by the guest:<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">If you wish to alter your reservation (change the dates of your stay, early departure, check out in the middle of your stay and check in again) we will use all reasonable efforts to comply with your request, however we cannot guarantee we will be able to do so and we accept no liability for any loss, damage or additional expense that might be incurred in that ciscumstance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">VIP Apartments Sofia reserves the rigth to treat delayed arrivals and early departures as cancellation, even if additional nights are added to the end or beginning of the stay or another stay.
