In such cases you can use the water heater installed in your apartment. In order to turn it on please follow the instructions below:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">1. Make sure there is cold water supply in the sink (if there is no water supply coming from the tab there is nothing you can do &#8211; please call us in case like this)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">2. Please come outside from your apartment on the apartment floor area where the elevator is located. There is a grey door with a key to open\u00a0 if it is locked. It looks like the first picture below.\u00a0Now you need to find the central pipe for your apartment &#8211; it is the one with sticker \u0410\u0442. 2\u00a0 and number 1604901. The next step is to turn on the water coming from the water heater in your apartment. The water heater is located in the bathroom above the toilet and looks like the one on the first picture. It is an instant water heater which means it will not need time to heat the water. Please turn both knobs as shown on the picture below. Finally you need to turn on the knob on the boiler itself &#8211; it has 3 levels.\u00a0There is also an indicator light on the boiler that will turn on when you use the hot water.\u00a0You also need to turn on the switch outside the bathroom (by the bathroom light).
